WHAT’S THE LOCATION? Middle East, on one of the main farms, very close to a cosmopolitan coastal city.
WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE ROLE?
- Your aim will be to maximize farm production by planning and organizing farm maintenance programs within and maximise all resources at your disposal
- You will also lead the development and implementation of SOP, preventative maintenance programs and replacement forecasting for a range of agricultural, industrial, and animal feeding equipment
WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED?
- BSc or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Strong leadership and organising skills orientated on coaching and learning
- A problem-solving mentality with keen diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- A “Can-Do” open personality
- At least 7 years experience leading large production or processing facilities with experience of: administrative processes and capacity, Team motivational skills &
Familiarity with ERM or stock control systems
